High trapping dust extraction systems air - door type suction fume eliminator

The main machine of central type dust cleaner is connected to the suction working bench installed at the lower part of cutting machine by pipe. This working bench is divided into several chambers with the same width. An air door linked with cylinder is installed at one side of the chamber .The air door corresponding to the position the cutting machine moves to may be opened automatically through inductive switch, and dust generated during cutting will be sucked into air passage, and enter into the central type main machine for final cleaning.

It may be divided into single-side door type, double –side door type and four-side door type according to the width of cutting platform.
